Poco F6 Pro: Upcoming Smartphone Leaks on Certification Website

Poco appears to be gearing up to launch the successor to the Poco F5 Pro 5G. The upcoming Poco F6 Pro has been spotted on Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) website, hinting at an imminent launch.

The NBTC listing confirms the phone’s moniker and reveals its model number (23113RKC6G). Interestingly, the model number closely resembles that of the China-exclusive Redmi K70, suggesting the Poco F6 Pro might be a rebranded version for the global market.

If this theory holds true, the Poco F6 Pro could pack some serious specs. This includes a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. The display is rumored to be a stunning 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 2K resolution (1440 x 3200 pixels) and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of cameras, the Poco F6 Pro might sport a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 50-megapixel main sensor, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies, a 16-megapixel front-facing camera is expected.

Keeping the phone juiced up is likely to be a beefy 5,000mAh battery with support for speedy 120W wired charging.

An official launch date for the Poco F6 Pro is yet to be revealed, but rumors suggest a release sometime in the second quarter of 2024 alongside the standard Poco F6 model.
